 Turmeric -

                       We all are well aware that Turmeric is mostly used as a spices in our homes. Turmeric has been used for many years in reducing inflammation in the digestive system and purification of the body. 

    Let us know what are the Benefits of Turmeric and how can Turmeric be used. 

Turmeric Benefits -

                                        Turmeric has many benefits such as - If you eat a little raw turmeric by boiling, your cough gets cured. We can use turmeric in the common cold.  If there is itching in the body, Turmeric is also very beneficial for that. If the person gets hurt or cuts in the body, applying turmeric there does not cause infection and the wound heals quickly and there is no pain. If there is pain in the body anywhere, then drinking 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder in warm water or warm milk, drinking it ends pain and gives us relief.

 Use of Turmeric in skin related disorders -

  If there is any skin disorder, take 1 gram Turmeric in the morning with water on an empty stomach. Disorders like ringworm, scabies and itching will be overcome by this use, as well as blood disorders and serious skin diseases can be avoided and for those who have allergic problems, Turmeric is also beneficial.

Use of Turmeric in teeth diseases -

   Mixing Turmeric and rock salt with mustard oil and brushing it with the help of finger will help in strengthening the teeth as well as other disorders pyorrhea and massodo. Gargling with Turmeric and rock salt mixed water will rileave the odor of deodrant and teeth gums will also be healthy.

Tips -

      Those who have respiratory disease, roasted raw turmeric or chopped into pieces and keep it in a closed jar and eat it with honey, there is also a lot of breath in respiratory disease. 

If you take a little raw turmeric regularly, then you will avoid more diseases like diabetics - avoid stomach diseases, about stomach infection, aboid ulcerative colitis, avoid diseases like cancer. If  turmeric is fresh then it is good. If turmeric is not fresh then you can take a lump of dry turmeric and make a powder by adding it to powder.
