         1. Boiled peanuts are a healthy snack for our health. If green and raw peanuts are eaten by boiling them in water, boiled peanuts have very low calorie and fat as compared to raw and roasted peanuts and are about four times more than other types of nutmeg peanuts due to their richness in nutrients. 

     There are anti-oxidants and phylogeny. Regular intake of these phylogenies also reduces the risk of cancer diets and heart disease.


2. Although peanut is a legume. But like nuts, it is considered to be nuts because it is rich in nutrients.  

       But boiled peanuts have fewer calories than other nuts.  

      So if you are losing or controlling weight, then include boiled peanuts in your regular diet to reduce or save calories.


3. In peanut peanuts are rich in philemonoids and foliphenoids along with reduced calories. 

            Philemonoids and Foliphenoids are both antioxidants that protect cells from the loss of free radicals. Similarly, cancer reduces the risk of long-lasting diseases like heart disease and diabetes.  

          However, fattening is found less in boiled peanuts. But it is a good source of heart-healthy monosaturated fats.  

         You can improve your heart health by having more monosaturated dick fat in your diet instead of saturated or transfer.


4. Boiled peanuts are a better source of fever than fried and roasted peanuts. Including more fiber in your diet through diet, along with your hunger invitation, you can also avoid the dangers of heart disease and constipation, diabetics. 

          Boiled peanuts have a rich source of vitamin D and antioxidants. It also has a wealth of vitamin B-complex, which is important in the development of muscles and organs.
