Tomato -

                              Tomato is a power house for individuals. Tomatoes are mostly used in vagetables and as shellade. It contains a good amount of vitamin a, c and k. In addition, it contains folic acid and potassium, niacin, vitamin b6, magnesium, phosphorus and copper. It is necessary to maintain a person's health right. 


So let's know the benefits of Tomato -


Benefits -


For skin -

                              Tomatoes contain anti oxidants called lycopene. Which protect the skin from damage from the sun's harmful rays.


 For the strength of bones -

                                                 Tomatoes contain vitamin K and calcium , both these elements make our bones and repair then. Hence tomato is very beneficial for our bones. 


Improve eyesight -

                                                        Vitamin a and maculer d in tomatoes help reduce genesis. Apart from this tomatoes contain phytochemical, anti oxidant jectation thinlurim and lycopene. All these compounds protect the eyesight from any kind of damage.


To prevent hair problems -

                                                                 Tomatoes contain vitamin and iron. It provides a new life as well as strength to the lifeless, damaged and destitute ones and also helps to bring a new glow to them.


Reducing blood circulatory level -

                    This is an excellent diet from lowering blood circulatory levels and for diabetic patients. it contain very little carbohydrate, which helps in controlling urinary glucose level.


Against cancer -

                                                 Consuming more tomatoes reduces the risk of prostate cancer. The main credit for this benefit of tomato goes to an antioxidant called lycopene contained in it.


Helpful in reducing weight -

                                                                    Tomato also helps in reducing our weight. Tomatoes are less fat and contain cholesterol in zero quantity. It contains a lot of water and fiber. Therefore, it helps to fill our stomach without increasing more calories in our body. 


Increase in sleep -

                                                      Tomato contain lycopene and people who consume tomatoes. They enjoy better sleep then those people. People who do not consume tomatoes. Because tomato is an excellent source of lycopene. 


In lowering the above blood pressure -         

              Potassium-rich tomatoes can help reduce the above blood pressure.  Just one cup of fresh tomato is 11.4% of our daily requirement of potassium and consuming more tomatoes is a great way to reduce the risk of various conditions such as high blood pressure.


To remove swelling -

                                         TNF alpha blood levels can be reduced by drinking tomato juice daily.  Which reduces the cause of inflammation by 34%.


For Increase sexual power -

                     Cut 2-3 tomatoes before eating for half an hour and eat half a teaspoon of ground black pepper mixed with black salt and one teaspoon of green coriander according to taste.  This increases sexual power in men.


Beneficial in increasing appetite -                                 

                    50 ml  Drink one spoon lemon juice, one teaspoon ginger juice and sand salt according to taste in tomato juice.  Drinking this daily improves digestion power and also helps in hunger.


For stomach worm -

                                                     100 ml  Mix one pinch asafetida with tomato juice and drink it at any time to kill stomach worms.


For constipation -

                                                Mix 100 ml tomato juice, one teaspoon of mint leaves, one teaspoon lemon juice, one fourth teaspoon black salt, one fourth teaspoon sand salt and one fourth teaspoon ground mustard rye and drink this mixture every morning and evening.  It is away.


To panic -

                          Cut a tomato and apply a little  Baking powder on it, eating it cures panic immediately.


Body Itching -

                                     To cure the itching of the body, take one spoon of tomato juice, add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil to it, apply it wherever it is in the body and take a bath immediately after some time with warm water, by doing this continuously for a few days.  Relieves and itching of the body is cured.


To relieve tongue irritation -

      Eating a tomato and adding salt to it removes the pimples of the tongue.  This also increases interest in food.


So my friends there are advantages to eating tomatoes, so there are some disadvantages as well.  Because consuming too much of anything can also cause harm.  Like you can eat two or three tomatoes, but avoid overeating, otherwise there may be some damage.


Tomato salad -

                               Tomatoes contain a high amount of acid.  People who have acid problem.  They may have acidity from tomatoe and this increases the gas problem.  Therefore, people who eat raw tomatoes as shellade should not do so.  But tomatoes can be cooked and eaten.


- Keratonoids present in tomatoes affect the immune system.  Eating more tomatoes has a negative effect on the immune system.


- Tomato seeds are not easily digested.  Therefore, people who have stones problem, they should not eat raw tomatoes.


- Tomatoes are high in lycopene.  Due to which eating it can cause diarrhoea, stomachache or indigestion and those who have problems related to digestion should not eat raw tomatoes.


- Tomatoes contain turpins.  It takes longer to digest.  Due to which the smell of sweat coming out of the body increases.


- Lycopene found in tomatoes has a negative effect on the prostate gland.  Eating more tomatoes can increase prostate cancer and urine related problems.


- Tomatoes are high in vitamin c.  Tomato contains only 17 grams of vitamin c.  Eating more tomatoes will give the body an overdose of vitamins, which can lead to haddock.


- Many people also have allergic problems due to lycopene in tomatoes.


- Tomatoes also contain sodium.  Therefore, eating more tomatoes can increase the chances of developing arthritis.  Which can cause you to have a pen in the joints.
